I'll try to share some pics as soon as my batteries are charged. I was in a store yesterday and then owner told me--bird nests are the new in thing. I thought geez, I have had bird nests in my home for twenty years. Blessed Sunday to all.Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-3712149803928283982009-02-24T18:13:00.000-08:002009-02-24T19:22:47.340-08:00I've<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqu9cUeFI0leC2TH7AdN2rvstvKfTemoN9X8Uoh8gdvhdM8qR0wwToIFMkTlXZdWJEHL-zEHUjlhq8UWMUe_PybJWZcbXOz20ve1Tm48GHTj5Zwcxnkgy4hd_5HdNYjVK1nMNk/s1600-h/Birds+007.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5306565786011129538" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqu9cUeFI0leC2TH7AdN2rvstvKfTemoN9X8Uoh8gdvhdM8qR0wwToIFMkTlXZdWJEHL-zEHUjlhq8UWMUe_PybJWZcbXOz20ve1Tm48GHTj5Zwcxnkgy4hd_5HdNYjVK1nMNk/s320/Birds+007.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiv9W19uA0HU6OA8RgmcNsTTK7zYUzPsIpD3MvyHIzzO6AqV6Fa4eSqowFdpDls5SR_syYZtGteInNBzaUjkC3cpHriuXTz-yiXKaZBQLhuGa3kLqCzhQulJF9JeBmY3bbjpE0v/s1600-h/Birds+006.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5306565783415122354" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiv9W19uA0HU6OA8RgmcNsTTK7zYUzPsIpD3MvyHIzzO6AqV6Fa4eSqowFdpDls5SR_syYZtGteInNBzaUjkC3cpHriuXTz-yiXKaZBQLhuGa3kLqCzhQulJF9JeBmY3bbjpE0v/s320/Birds+006.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWMNp0oYEzUe6e82qJxzskaIyFPi9KEnG7IYpDqMIL-ZV_TBF3Y0dpzYth8bLZXWmUaIaooT8HQRYv5QooZAnu7SAR8OgXDSz6Y9dLJmjFA6AjImpe5xUbZYYeH99f6mnwkha6/s1600-h/Birds+009.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5306565789160675218" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWMNp0oYEzUe6e82qJxzskaIyFPi9KEnG7IYpDqMIL-ZV_TBF3Y0dpzYth8bLZXWmUaIaooT8HQRYv5QooZAnu7SAR8OgXDSz6Y9dLJmjFA6AjImpe5xUbZYYeH99f6mnwkha6/s320/Birds+009.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXlEa1Kj2CSghWzL6iug5SP6viSbNCweqU7mffFUL6R685WmLnID6jJaJq1NFNzxqINjZXHpYpEH8elpzYc26COFkNwPaagTnWAp2qRL0mUHPXID1dvhCV1Noqg1SDPimJQNlz/s1600-h/Birds+008.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5306565791352559826" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXlEa1Kj2CSghWzL6iug5SP6viSbNCweqU7mffFUL6R685WmLnID6jJaJq1NFNzxqINjZXHpYpEH8elpzYc26COFkNwPaagTnWAp2qRL0mUHPXID1dvhCV1Noqg1SDPimJQNlz/s320/Birds+008.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhK4oBLIafSOey3WOpXWZEq0Zwnhn2PtnzcJu0QzOnf83FuclwfUMV56zBQ2Jj8A4hCZYfj15zbmzn_ePZtAdTh-5sx0CuB2oatHUByCykoMRCUtmjZoW_1CvRlAboZasve1mJs/s1600-h/Birds+005.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5306565778414516354" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhK4oBLIafSOey3WOpXWZEq0Zwnhn2PtnzcJu0QzOnf83FuclwfUMV56zBQ2Jj8A4hCZYfj15zbmzn_ePZtAdTh-5sx0CuB2oatHUByCykoMRCUtmjZoW_1CvRlAboZasve1mJs/s320/Birds+005.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><div>I've finished painting the birdhouse lamp. Creative urges are in full blossom and I am ready to create!!Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-71550481425318040002009-02-10T19:38:00.000-08:002009-02-10T19:46:24.470-08:00I am blessed! Today, I was given the results of the Pet Scan and there is no new or left over thyroid cancer. Praise the Lord! I've been creating again and wish I could share pictures, but my printer is not cooperating. I've been doing some of the dishes on candlesticks and love them. I also made a new centerpiece candle holder for my dining table. It is constructed of a smaller mouthed gold urn, to which I added an ivy bowl surrounded by a candle wreath of grape leaves and some beaded grapes that I had. With a fat pilar candle, it turned out just the way I wanted. Now I am going to return to my painting for a bit--I think I shall do some birds and bird's nest on canvas. I've gotten a bit of my energy back and am doing a bit of house cleaning and redecorating too. All the Valentine decorations are out. Have a wonderful week.Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-41082886694041215982009-01-07T06:38:00.000-08:002009-01-07T06:40:39.175-08:00I've been visiting blogs and quite a few are offering wonderful giveaways. The doctor walked into his exam room and said "I've got some bad news." Follicular Variant of Papillary Carcinoma with hurthle cell change. Not exactly what you want to hear when you are alone and thinking you are having just a routine check-up. July 23rd, I had the second surgery. Here it is October--almost November--and my TSH level is 64 when it should be 2. It is still down from the 150 it got up to. My blogging ability and creative abilities just flew out the window. I am determined today to use the gifts of creation that God gave me and hope to show something very soon.Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-8823429873496851512008-03-23T20:11:00.000-07:002008-03-23T20:12:30.454-07:00He Arose!Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-51178388866932415372008-03-22T15:51:00.000-07:002008-12-09T18:22:05.306-08:00<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5bgGDI4uVJiSkblrJPMSSlWSXBBfWJyiMSG93H4Nfv1SpA-54-mcAprcMiYtjhxthaZ_au-qpZYUBDsW36P-y4biojcvfKRmhCKZjQI8P8Eg2CUVFbTJ-8I7o5-F1L2Mz7CzV/s1600-h/Chicks+In+Egg.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5180706494311598290" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5bgGDI4uVJiSkblrJPMSSlWSXBBfWJyiMSG93H4Nfv1SpA-54-mcAprcMiYtjhxthaZ_au-qpZYUBDsW36P-y4biojcvfKRmhCKZjQI8P8Eg2CUVFbTJ-8I7o5-F1L2Mz7CzV/s320/Chicks+In+Egg.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div>I painted this pillowcase for my gson, Will for Easter. Actually, there were four sisters, but the baby (Jacqueline) was 15 years younger than me; so wasn't born at this time. She now is at home in heaven. This is from left to right, Peggy (the baby at this time), Mary (the first born) and myself, Judy (the middle child). This post is about Mary. She fell and broke her leg in 3 places last week and underwent surgery today. She tripped while walking her little dog. She is doing well, but still has a bit of a recovery. Mary has had our mother, who has Alzheimers, living with her for many years. That makes her part "saint". I feel like a wimp. Yesterday I stayed on a heating pad. Today I've decided to share a wall hanging that I made for my oldest son. He loves all things cowboy; so I made it with a western flair. On the first is a picture of my son, his son, and me. The second picture includes the little indian (grandson) swinging in a tree, lol, my son dressed for days gone by and the little gun in holster was from a set of diaper pins that my son wore as a baby.</div>Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-45825459964836342282008-02-15T20:10:00.000-08:002008-12-09T18:22:06.624-08:00<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEip0pxbg7vrk8P_JDG1ChdevxWm55EBYd0-jiSDkBrU_W0ygkHUzZeZvN1U9Zmy7nZhKzUevj4prwGfV-J-YeXp8fT4y3Gbq7PKKrYsntRHRLSNNNzWzk6III0ANWX-h3SMr-Dg/s1600-h/doll.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5167427434707829650" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEip0pxbg7vrk8P_JDG1ChdevxWm55EBYd0-jiSDkBrU_W0ygkHUzZeZvN1U9Zmy7nZhKzUevj4prwGfV-J-YeXp8fT4y3Gbq7PKKrYsntRHRLSNNNzWzk6III0ANWX-h3SMr-Dg/s320/doll.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div>I got the sweetest little doll from <a href="http://roseyposeyconfections.blogspot.com/">http://roseyposeyconfections.blogspot.com/</a> and I can't wait to create with her. I love hands--they tell so much about someone. I think the reason I love antiques is knowing that someone lovingly touched something long ago. I have a little collection of hand dishes and they make me smile to see them holding things. Ahh, back to the block. When finished it will be part of a victorian themed wall hanging. I did the hand on fabric--I enjoy painting on fabric as it unites two of my creative pastimes. When finished there will be a lacy cuff and jewelry. Hope you enjoy.</div>Judy Morphishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04713102587661024944noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19219137.post-80528478944657917942008-02-09T17:23:00.000-08:002008-12-09T18:22:07.550-08:00<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhn_J60Vb8x6Ylx_mxal5A5mjt3x7QiTsSdGX7gEXt5yy9J_z1NisJTTQvKPERi20lfZfp_i8lT3fVj7tgYIPEK35Uz-nJZc00LUyn51cfZoCU9ay7YdHqCAT0tbh3zoedaNq_H/s1600-h/Crin+from+Kathleen.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5165158403485352770" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhn_J60Vb8x6Ylx_mxal5A5mjt3x7QiTsSdGX7gEXt5yy9J_z1NisJTTQvKPERi20lfZfp_i8lT3fVj7tgYIPEK35Uz-nJZc00LUyn51cfZoCU9ay7YdHqCAT0tbh3zoedaNq_H/s320/Crin+from+Kathleen.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div>Today I thought I would share one of my favorite things.
